Alms

If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great matter if we reap your carnal things? (I Cor. 9.11). Give alms out of thy substance... for so it shall come to pass that

the face of the Lord shall not be turned from thee....

Alms shall be a great confidence before the most high God, to all them that give it....

For alms delivereth from death, and the same is that which purgeth away sins,

and maketh to find mercy and life everlasting....

Prayer is good with fasting and alms more than to lay up treasures of gold 

(Tobias 4.7,12; 12.9, 8 ).
